What is RecordiaPro?
RecordiaPro is the only service that allows you to record all of your phone conversations, from any phone, whether you make or receive the call, without the need for extra hardware or software. How does it work?
RecordiaPro's phone setup wizard makes it easty for you to setup your phones so that calls are passed through our recording switch. Once the call is connected through our switch, our advanced digital processors will record every word on both sides of the conversation. RecordiaPro does not require extra hardware or software, nor does it replace existing phone service. Phones can be setup immediately whether you need to record your incoming or outgoing phone calls. Live support is always standing by to assist you in any aspect of the purchase or instant setup process!

Is there any notification that a call is being recorded?
No notification is given to the caller or receiving party that the call is being recorded. For information on US laws pertaining to call recording disclosures, please click here: http://www.rcfp.org/taping/ . When an outgoing call is placed, the default setting is for RecordiaPro to show your regular phone number to the receiving party. With Smart Spoofer, free with any RecordiaPro purchase, you may customize your outgoing Caller ID or Block your number from appearing on the receiving party's Caller ID display.

Can i choose which calls i want to record?
 Of Course! Only RecordiaPro offers you the ability to choose which incoming and outgoing phone calls to record. Only use your call recording minutes on the calls you want recorded!

What's Smart-Spoofer?
Smart-Spoofer is the latest RecordiaPro innovation that allows you to mask or customize your Caller ID when placing an outgoing call. Are there any monthly fees associated with my account?
There are no monthly fees. There are no storage fees. There are no activation fees! All recording minutes are completely pre-paid and can be carried over month to month with no additional fees! When your initial minutes are used up, you may purchase more minutes at a discounted price in the Account Manager

How long will the call recording files remain in storage on my account?
As long as your account is active and is in good standing, your call recording .mp3 files will be stored and accessible in your Account Manager.

How do I add more minutes or upgrade to a different plan?
Customers can choose to select “auto-refill" upon purchase which will add the same amount of minutes that was originally chosen when your minutes run out. Customers can also manually add minutes at a discounted price or upgrade to a different plan using the Add Minutes tab inside their personal RecordiaPro Account Manager.

Do I need any special equipment or programs to listen to my recordings online?
No, RecordiaPro’s built in media player allows you listen to your recordings without having to download or launch an external application - just click the Play button and listen to your digital quality call recordings right from the web!

Do I always have to enter my PIN to record outgoing calls?
No! you can register up to 5 originating numbers that will be recognized which will allow you to place a call to be recorded without entering your account number... ever. Just access our toll free number by either direct dial or even better saving it to speed dial on your phone and make your recorded call at the dial tone.
